These Terms of Service explain how to use houseoflay.com and purchase from House of Lay. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to
1. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe another person's rights.
2. Products and sizing
Product details, available sizes, materials, and prices appear on each listing. Please review the size guide before ordering. Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design; screen settings and the printing process may cause minor differences in color or placement. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
3. Orders and payment
The currency, item prices, available shipping charges, applicable taxes, and order total are shown at checkout. Please check these details before submitting your order. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not confirm shipment. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an order requires clarification. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the canceled items. We will not charge you a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
4. Made-to-order items and cancellations
Our Tapstitch apparel is made to order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. We will check whether production has started. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins. Preorders, if offered, will be identified separately with the applicable timing information before purchase.
5. Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are displayed at checkout. Production time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are estimates unless a specific guarantee is stated. Please enter a complete and accurate address and contact us promptly about delivery problems. See our Shipping Policy for further details.
6. Returns, defects, and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request help with damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, as well as the conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds. Please contact us before sending anything back. Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Privacy and service providers
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. We use Shopify and service providers, including production and shipping partners, to operate the store and fulfill orders. House of Lay remains your contact for questions about purchases from this website.
8. Our content
House of Lay names, logos, artwork, photographs, and other original website content belong to their respective owners. Buying an item does not grant permission to reproduce our artwork, manufacture copies, or use our branding commercially. You may share links to our store and images to discuss or recommend our products, provided you do not misrepresent an affiliation or ownership.
9. Website information and availability
We aim to keep product information accurate and the website available. We may correct errors and update listings. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you to resolve it; corrections will not remove your rights under applicable law. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and their own policies apply when you visit them.
10. Updates and questions
