House of Lay wants you to feel confident ordering. If something arrives wrong, we’re here to help.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contacthello@houseoflay.com within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Please report issues promptly, preferably within 7 days. This preference does not shorten your 30-day reporting window.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund for an eligible item. House of Lay covers any required return shipping for confirmed product faults or fulfilment errors.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS AND SIZING
Our current apparel is made to order. We do not routinely accept returns or exchanges because you change your mind or select the wrong size or colour. Please review the product’s size information before ordering and contact us if you need help.
If we send a different size or item from what you ordered, it is covered by our incorrect-item policy above. Product defects or inaccurate product descriptions are not treated as a change of mind.
CANCELLATIONS
Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation depends on production status and cannot be guaranteed once production has started. We will confirm whether your order can be cancelled.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Contact us before returning any item. If a return is required, we will provide approval, the correct address, and instructions. Do not send items to the address on your package without contacting us first.
REFUNDS
We will notify you when your refund is approved and issue it to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws, including mandatory cancellation, return, or refund rights. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
